I spent most of the day doing responsible adult stuff. It was boring. The evening brought the family together for pizza. I have an awesome family.

Adjustments have made me irritable and angry. I have not been creating as much as I would like and that does not help.

CrapScratch!
A prime example of my irritability. The invention of Crapscratch.
1.Create multiple cuts or bleeding scratches between the shoulder blades where they are hard to reach.
2.Rub feces into fresh wounds.
3.Watch as the wounds get infected and start to itch but will be difficult to scratch.
4.Wait as the afflicted descends into madness.

Not much activity here as it continues. I have not been feeling it lately.
I am tired - exhausted from nothing.
I am irritable - angry without provocation or reason.
It feels like the Rankling is hovering over me.
I know this is part of the adjustment.
Admitting powerlessness over it paradoxically diminishes its power.
I will ride it out.

I got hit on by a centenarian today. I told her I'm involved. She said every man should have two wives. I told her I'm monogamous. She dismissed me then scooted away in her wheelchair. It was a weird visit to the nursing home.
